I don’t have a fixed gym location — I offer premium personal training at your home or outdoors across Paphos, Chloraka, Tala, Peyia, and Kissonerga.

I bring the necessary equipment to ensure your session is as effective as possible or we make the most of the equipment you already have at home, keeping things simple and familiar.

My Premium Personal Training is all about flexibility and convenience — without ever compromising on quality or results.

How often should I train with you?

When you’re just starting out, one to two sessions per week is ideal.
Once you’ve built a foundation, we can gradually increase to three or four sessions — depending on your goals and current physical condition.
Every program is personalized to your body, your schedule, and your ambition.

Is this personal training suitable if my goal is weight loss or getting fit again?

Yes. Clients come me to lose weight, improve posture, reduce pain (especially back, neck and shoulder issues), increase strength, shape their body and feel fitter in every day life.

The fact that it’s online doesn’t make it any less effective — I bring the same expertise, precision, and motivation straight to you, wherever you are.
